Todd has served as Cherokee County’s Solicitor-General since 2019. He previously served as Chief Assistant Solicitor-General for Cherokee County and as Assistant District Attorney for the Bell-Forsyth Judicial Circuit.
Todd received his
law degree from the University of
Georgia School of Law in 2002 and his Bachelor’s Degree from UGA in 1998. He is a 2017 graduate of Leadership Cherokee and is a deacon and choir member at First Baptist Church of Atlanta.
